As a Specialist I at PT. Infomedia Solusi Humanika, my job desk includes: Devising a new business model and implementing steps to support it Conducting data analysis for wholesale billing and developing a MyWisdom dashboard to present to the Divisi Wholesale Service (DWS) Supporting IT operations for sub-unit Wholesale and International Billing Managing operational dashboard systems and conducting project management Communicating and troubleshooting with vendors for any errors in the billing process system, primarily using Hadoop. Overall, my role involves a mix of business strategy, data analysis, IT operations, and project management, as well as effective communication and problem-solving with internal and external stakeholders.
